Medical associates to adhere to HIPAA

ZdNet anounced earlier in July that a new set of HIPAA rules what encompass business associates of doctors or hospitals. The language defines “business associates” as subcontractors, billing companies, and anyone engaged in patient safety. Check out the article here for more information: HIPAA Rules
